1 baby thai coconut juice (mineral rich)
1 giant carrot
1/2 raw beet
vanilla
chopped dates and cashews (optional)
handful of strawberries
Get juice out of coconut and add carrot, beet, vanilla, dates and cashews and blend. Then add the strawberries.

I made the drink in the picture but didn't have the coconut or the dates or cashews and still was tasty. I can't wait to go buy coconuts and see what the whole rendition of this recipe tastes like.
