Hot Pink Breakfast Smoothie



1 baby thai coconut juice (mineral rich)

1 giant carrot

1/2 raw beet

vanilla

chopped dates and cashews (optional)

handful of strawberries


Get juice out of coconut and add carrot, beet, vanilla, dates and cashews and blend. Then add the strawberries.

  1. I made the drink in the picture but didn't have the coconut or the dates or cashews and still was tasty. I can't wait to go buy coconuts and see what the whole rendition of this recipe tastes like.
