German Pancakes

1 cube of butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
6 eggs

Melt the cube of butter in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle the pan with brown sugar. Then beat together the remaining ingredients and pour into the dish over the butter. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until puffy.
