Berry Pancake Puff

Topping:
3 cups mixed berries
1/3 cup orange marmalade

Pancake:
3 Tbsp butter melted
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat to 450. Stir together the berries and marmalade in a bowl and set aside.

Coat a round pan with 1 Tbsp butter and in a bowl combine milk, eggs, and remaining 2 Tbsp butter and whisk in flour and salt until egg mixture is smooth.

Pour batter into pan and bake for 13 min. then reduce oven temp to 350 and continue to bake for 15-17 min.

Remove pancake from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and fill the center with the berry topping and whip cream
