CREAMY JELL-O LAYERS

1 pkg. Jell-O Gelatin (3 oz.)
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz.), divided
Fresh fruit

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 ½ cups boiling water. Whisk in 2 cups Cool Whip. Pour into individual dishes. Chill until set (15-30 minutes). Top with sliced fresh fruit and additional topping.
