Whole Wheat Bread (Kitchen Aid)

1 1/2 cup Hot water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 Tbsp oil
2 1/2 Tbsp honey
3 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour (or half wheat half white)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp powdered milk
3 Tbsp vital wheat gluten
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Dough conditioner
2 1/4 tsp Yeast

Measure hot water in 2 cup measuring cup. Add lemon juice, oil and honey. In Kitchen Aid mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients (leave out 1 cup flour) Mix with a spatula. Turn on to speed 2. Slowly pour in Water mixture. Add the rest of the flour. After the dough forms a ball on the dough hook set timer for 5 minutes. Continue mixing on speed 2. Spray a bowl with Pam. Form dough into a ball. Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Turn oven on to 200 to get warm. Let rise in a warm place until double in size. (about 1 1/2hour) Form dough into a loaf and place in a bread pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Turn off oven. Let bread raise in warm oven for 20 min. Leave bread in oven and heat oven to 325. Bake 40 minutes. Cool on rack. Spread on melted butter on the top of the bread.
