Ingredients
Fresh strawberries - wiped clean and dry
1 lb of chocolate of your choice: white, milk, dark
Directions
Make sure strawberries are clean and dry. If they have the slightest bit of moisture, the chocolate will not adhere to the strawberry.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat. The water from the bottom pan should not touch the top pan whatsoever.
As chocolate begins to melt, stir gently. Remove chocolate from the heat and place bowl on a dish towel to prevent moving.
Tilt the bowl and dip the strawberry side to side until completely covered. Place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Once full transfer to the fridge to allow chocolate to set.
