Basic Roll Dough

2 cups scaled milk
1 cup sugar
2 squares of margarine
10 cups of flour (approx)
3/4 tsp salt
6 beaten eggs
1 cup warm water
3 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar

Add milk to sugar and margarine. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add yeast and 1 tsp sugar to warm water in separate bowl. When margarine and sugar are dissolved add egg and dissolved yeast. Add flour and salt until firm to knead. Make a smooth dough. Put dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double. Share and let rise again. Bake 350 until golden brown about 12-18 min.
